She joined Azantian Literary Agency in 2025 where she represents both children’s and adult fiction authors across a wide range of genres, with her priority being marginalized voices. She graduated from Berry College with a dual degree in English and Creative Writing and later received her master’s in Writing and Digital Communications from Agnes Scott College. Things Across All Genres:
- Stories from marginalized creators featuring diverse characters.
- Graphic novels from author / illustrators.
- Lyrical writing. I love beautiful metaphors and descriptive language.
- Horror, horror, horror! I love kids getting chased by ghosts / the supernatural or adults having to battle haunted houses. Freak me out without having to be heavy-handed with gore and violence.
- Speculative stories have a special place in my heart. Anything that is set in our world but something is off / different I’m a huge fan of.
- Multimedia story telling. Love books that use things like podcasts, social media posts, texts, etc. to explore themes.
- Main characters that are very driven and headstrong, even to the point of being toxic. Love people that give off Taurus energy.
- If your characters play tennis or video games, I’m interested!
- I’m queer and neurodiverse, so I especially love queer romances and identity searching with ND characters.

Wishlist
Mystery, suspense, thrillers, crime fiction, and upmarket fiction with a sharp edge. He is drawn to high-stakes narratives, complex characters, and stories that refuse to be put down.
Crime novels with anti-hero main characters will always get him, as will mystery novels that keep him guessing. He’s always interested in clear stakes, surprise endings, and stories that make him forget the outside world. Plus points for supercharged sensory experiences, characters yearning to understand their pasts and find a glimmer of hope. Give him your characters with secrets, past loves, past crimes, and past mistakes that lead to unique stories.

Heather Osborne; Spencerhill Associates
Before joining Spencerhill Associates, Heather Osborn spent many years editing romance, science fiction, fantasy, cozy mystery, and women’s fiction for various publishers. The experience of working with both well-established, bestselling authors, as well as those just embarking on their careers has helped shape her skills working with authors at every stage in their publishing journey. One of Heather’s greatest joys in life is discovering an amazing new author, whether that be in a slush pile, or on a bookstore shelf, and she looks forward to building long-lasting relationships built on clear and open communication with her clients.
When not immersed in books, Heather can be found spoiling her adorable dog, George, dabbling in whatever craft has caught her attention this week, and playing increasingly elaborate solitaire games on her laptop. Heather is on Twitter, BlueSky and Instagram @HeatherOsborn
Wishlist
Heather is interested in representing works of popular fiction, mainly concentrated on romance of all genres and sub-genres other than inspirational—with a particular interest in romantasy (and if there are dragons, all the better!), humorous contemporary romance, and paranormal romance—as well as fantasy (particularly cozy fantasy), urban fantasy, and science fiction with strong romantic elements.

Alec Shane; Writers House

Wishlist:
On the nonfiction side, Alec would love to see humor, biography, history (particularly military history), true crime, “guy” reads, and all things sports. In fiction, Alec is looking for mystery, thrillers (though he’s experiencing terrorist fatigue at the moment), suspense, horror, historical fiction, literary fiction, and middle-grade and young adult fiction.
Vicky Weber; Creative Media Agency
Vicky Weber is a former elementary school teacher turned bestselling children’s book author and literary agent at Creative Media Agency. She represents commercial fiction – board books through adult – but specializes in children’s literature. In all manuscripts, she wants intensity in the writing—to be dropped into the moment and experience the story alongside the characters. If a book is high-concept, commercial fiction with beautiful, literary-leaning prose, it’s probably up her alley.
